Preparing Major Bid

In recent weeks I have gathered momentum for preparing a major bid for funding, together with several partner institutions across Europe. This is quite an effort: the partners must be approached with an idea that is already more or less feasible, as a starting point for further discussions. Now the concrete milestones, work plan, and deliverables must be worked out in collaboration with these partners, and a consistent project schedule and a reasonable resource allocation must be developed before the deadline.
